When making payment all Occupants, their invitees and guests are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Lease/Occupancy Agreement/Short-Term Rental Agreement located in this site on the page titled "Lease." Read it before making payment. When you make payment you will have agreed to the provisions in the "Lease." Ask about its contents if there is anything that is not clear to you!
3. Thank you for paying any additional charges as agreed.
Nightly Rate: One Bedroom!
Accomodates 1-2 people. (children are people too, Thank you)
Two night minimum.
There is a $75 cleaning fee which is added when you make payment.

Accomodates 1-4 people. (children are people too, Thank you)
Two night minimum!
Could be either the upstairs or the downstairs of the main house. At owners descresion!
There is a $90 cleaning fee which is added when you make payment.

Accomodates up to 6 people. (Children are people too, Thank you)
Two night minimum.
There is a $125 cleaning fee which is added when you make payment.
Please pay the $300 refundable security deposit also for the three bedroom accomodations.

Accomodates up to 8 people. (Children are people too, Thank you)

There is a $150 cleaning fee which is added when you make payment.
Please pay the $300 refundable security deposit also for the four bedroom accomodations.

Please pay the $300 refundable security deposit for all monthly rentals.

The security deposit is completely refundable if there is no damage to unit or items within, money due for rent and all cleaning has been done in accordance with your lease

Weekly rates are based on 7 days.
Monthly rates are based on 30 days and are availible.
